As always, the health and wellness of our Fit Body Family is top priority. In light of the ongoing Coronavirus (COVID-19) developments, we’re committed to closely follow updates and keep everyone’s health top of mind. What is Archibald Fit Body Boot Camp doing to keep our members healthy? We are committed to using the strongest available disinfectants for our gym's cleaning needs. We have always prided ourselves in being the cleanest facility, however we are stepping it... up even more now!! Alcohol-based hand sanitizer is available for easy access and convenient use in-between hand washes. Our team will be sanitizing equipment during & after each session. Our workout mats are sprayed down with anti-bacterial and disinfectant spray after every session. The restrooms are clean & sprayed down with bacteria and disinfectant spray. Keeping people in smaller groups to avoid direct contact As much as we love giving high fives, we will be throwing High Fives in the Air for less body contact. What can YOU do to keep yourself and your FBBC Family healthy? Stay home if you’re feeling sick. Do the necessities to build a STRONG immune system. Rest, drink lots of water, eliminate sugars and inflammatory foods, and avoid unnecessary stress. Wash your hands with soapy water for at least 20 seconds after using the bathroom, when arriving to boot camp, after blowing your nose, coughing, or sneezing. Cover your cough or sneeze with a tissue. Avoid touching your eyes, mouth, and nose with unwashed hands. We appreciate your attention and precaution. Should the situation change, we will update you with more detailed plans. This place is our sanctuary and it’s where we go to get healthy. Yes it’s good to take precautions, however missing workouts, and refraining from your healthy lifestyle will only put you in a more vulnerable situation. Together we can stay healthy and strong, Archibald Fit Body Boot Camp
