This has got to be my favorite workout shirt . This is a small thing, but when you’re getting back into the gym or just need to spice it up a bit; go get some badass new workout clothes or shoes. Just to be a little more invested in the process. ... Which is my lighthearted intro into the importance of STAKE. There’s just no substitute for being invested in the process physically, financially, and mentally. All 3 are =lly important. ....Why is it so easy to walk away from someone who you’ve been on 2-3 dates with compared to a 2-3 year relationship? It’s simply a difference of time, energy, attention, and money invested. My point is when you truly care about someone or something that will require a lot of time, energy, attention, being cheap on the money part does NOT serve you. It sets you up for failure. Not trying to say you should pay a premium price for dogshit, don’t get me wrong. But when it’s worth it, being uncomfortable about the investment is a GOOD thing!
