Welcoming 711, Wingstop & Top Laundromat to this re-built commercial center in Boyle Heights after a structure fire in 2016. A total new look. Our office assisted with the various entitlements including a variance and several adjustments to continue a commercial use in a multi-family zoned corner lot.

The Hollywood Community is getting a new high performing community of 4-new single family homes under the small lot subdivision ordinance.
