Good News... I have been communicating this afternoon with Karina from KARINA’S MEXICAN RESTAURANT (Daughter of Mexican Express-Ventura) corner of Scandia Ave... and Telephone Rd in Ventura. She informed me today they are waiting for their last Health Department inspection. She told me and I quote, Once we get the official date of when we are opening, you will be the first person to know. Karina and the restaurant were actually the the 2900th ILCB member added today... Coincidence.?.? I don’t think so... Welcome Katrina and Karina's Mexican Restaurant... it’s been about 18 long months since Mexican Express-Ventura closed their doors... See more
