We can get in the driver's seat of our own natural shifting from one of the 4 states to another so it can be a smoother, more supportive and enjoyable experience of ...daily real life for you. When you naturally feel stuck/burnt out in any one of your four human states, ask yourself, "what is the kindest thing I can do for myself?" What activity in any other of your 3 states you can enjoy to shift out of being stuck/burnout in a state you have been in? Can you dance for 5 minutes to your theme song of the day? Can you take a bigger nature break once a week to take a long 60-90 minute walk to let of go of all your stress and repair adrenal burnout?
