Aloha Healing Light 06.04.2021

Well 2020, it’s been weird. My life completely fell apart and the grief is very real. We are all experiencing this collective trauma together, and most days I feel like the only thing to do is just get through it. To find the good in the little things, to enjoy extra self care and just feel all the feelings when they arise. And so like a Phoenix, we must rise and try again in 2021. Wishing you all a merry Christmas and happy holidays! #2020 #dumpsterfire2020 #merrychristmas

My tea’s mischievous message tells me this morning to always read something that will make you look good if you die in the middle of it. Quite cheeky indeed! And not wrong. Since relocating to be with family during the pandemic, I’ve allowed/forced myself to slow down enough to get a bit bored. And boredom is so critical for creativity to rebuild. I’ve rediscovered my love of learning about all things spiritual and I’m currently obsessing about #ayurveda and finding more balance and nourishment through food as medicine. This 5,000 year old tradition has so much goodness in it. So if I get caught reading an Ayurvedic cookbook, I’d feel pretty good about that. #mindfulness #spirituality #yoga #holistichealth #energyhealing

Post work drive out to #rockportlake up in the mountains of #Utah. Such a beautiful state, a great place to be during all this #pandemic madness. I can’t believe this is just 30 minutes from SLC!

#pandemicvibes The world is so insane. I’m really grateful to have had a week of being out on the boat before the journey back to Utah. Hope you’re all staying safe and healthy
