Our 2nd Pop Up Dinner (Swipe to see all 6 courses) 2nd PopUp Dinner... Last week we pampered our guests with a 5 course dinner experience. To start, we welcomed them in with complementary champagne, topped with cotton candy and fresh berries. Next, grilled octopus over chile guajillo sauce took center stage. Everyone fell in love with it so much that the tableside beef tartare had to win over their tastebuds with its savory flavor. Their palates were cleansed with a walnut dressing on salad that delighted their senses. The main course came onto the scene: surf & turf served with creamy truffled mashed potato’s, grilled asparagus and a delicious masala reduction sauce. Last, but not least, we could not forget the encore! Desert! A sweet and flavorful duo; tiramisu & a rich chocolate brownie.
