During these chilling times with COVID-19 gripping the globe, our team sat and discussed how we could utilize our engineering and manufacturing teams to assist the nation with Personal Protection Equipment for our brave medical professionals. We developed a simple, easy to build, face shield that was essentially ready for production within a day on day two we open source released our engineering files globally to any manufacturing group that wanted to tackle this on their o...wn (to date, two groups in Portland, OR and Vancouver, BC grabbed the files and are in production) by day three we had secured enough material to produce 1,500,000 shields and by day four we began production. In 6 days since production began, we’ve released almost 110,000 face shields to hospitals across the nation: Marion VA Hospital and Evansville VA Hospital in Illinois, University of Miami Medical Group in Florida, Winchester Hospital in Massachusetts, Valley Medical Center in California, and to several distributors. Despite the obstacles and health risks, our team has stepped up to come to work every day. We’ve provided (and manufactured) the best protections we can source, but their can-do attitude and willingness to push through adversity has been an inspiration to witness and we’re humbled to have such an inspiring staff. We send heartfelt thanks to our medical professionals for their dedication, sacrifice, and commitment to providing patient care during this pandemic.

Apple AirPod display at Costco that we built with the fine folks at OnQ Solutions. It was all about the details with this one from the richness of black on the printing of the laminate labels, to the build techniques of the acrylic fixture for the AirPod product display case. It was such a pleasure working with OnQ. We hope to collaborate on more projects with them in the future.

Public Safety is Our #1 Priority According to Silicon Valley Power (SVP), there are no immediate threats of a power outage in the City of Santa Clara. However, ...you may be impacted by an outage as part of your commute. In an outage, traffic signals may not work. In a nutshell - treat the intersection like a four-way stop: * The first vehicle to come to a complete stop at the intersection goes first; * If two vehicles arrive and stop at the same time, the one on the right goes first; * If two vehicles stop at the intersection at about the same time and are facing each other, the one making a left turn yields to the one going straight through. Otherwise, both vehicles proceed straight through at the same time. * In all cases, yield to pedestrians. * Before entering the intersection, be sure other approaching vehicles are following the rules and coming to a complete stop. Behold, the mounting and die cutting process for the Roku Shipper that hit Walmart stores nationwide last week!

Check out this product that we engineered, manufactured and deployed (it comes fully assembled to you). It's a Tread Sled-- a performance treadmill that does not have a motor, which means it never needs to be serviced! It's used for speed training and conditioning. All of the steel fabrication and molding was performed in-house by our talented team, and the result was an easy to assemble, extremely solid steel frame, that could not only take a beating, but also last for a very long time.
