Truth . A wise man (Doc) once told me this. He’s not just an awesome dude, but he’s a cardiovascular surgeon. To be successful at anything you do, 90% of it is just showing up. He’s also one of our most consistent training partners. A family man who does it all; dirt bikes, long ocean swims, runs, plays soccer every Sunday, and a triathlete. If you ever get a chance to talk to Doc off the mat ask him about how he became a doctor. It’s an awesome story that’ll get you pumped!
