Made this laser cut acoustic pickguard today. This guitar is custom made, and it deserved a custom pickguard. Drawn in Lightburn, cut on the laser, edges sanded and buffed for a sharp look.

We laser cut a racing striped pickguard for this Clockwork Blaster DC. The stripes are transparent - allowing the pearl white to shine through. This beast is available for sale at Cottonwood Music Emporium in Costa Mesa

A couple of baritones for Scott Holiday (Rival Sons) This Kauer Banshee just needed a pickup swap and a re-scan to make sure it's all good. The Gretsch needed some fret work. It's a 30" scale! Almost a bass. Plek'd and it rocks now. Scott took them down to Nashville to go record new material.

Quarter Tone Frets? Why not. Its #tenstringtuesday and this guitar now has 24 frets in between the original 24 fret positions. I can't play it to save my life. This Honduran Mahogany neck is a bit fatter than others we've built. It gives quite a bit of punch and sustain. You really feel this guitar when you play it. Between that and the Plek'd Brazilian Rosewood fretboard as well as Plek'd frets, it really rings. The Tyson Tone Pickup is a hot P-90. We built this Clockwork DC out of Honduran Mahogany, Korina, and Indian Rosewood. The fretboard was processed in the Plek after setting the neck. We then fretted it, inlayed it with mother of pearl, and sent it to Mitch Lanzini for paint. He painted it the same color as the Corvette from the first episode of this season of the Discovery series "Overhaulin'" with Chip Foose. It came back for final construction and a Plek setup.
