It has been a long time since our last sound bath. Since our last time together, I have moved to a larger studio. I am excited to announce that I will be starting up sound baths again on Sat. April 24th, from 6:30-7:30PM Pacific Time.

WE'VE MOVED!!!! To a larger space. I am so excited to share Sound Bath Meditations with you all. NO sound baths are currently scheduled due to Covid-19, However, I will keep you posted when we will be back on schedule. Thank you for checking in.

Sit or lay down quitely in a relaxed position. Focus on your breathing. Watch the air, filled with white light enter your lungs and circulate your body. As you exhale, let your breath carry any negativity you are feeling out of your body. Do this 3 times. Now allow your thoughts to leave your head for the next few mins. Just keep a clear mind as you listen to the sounds of these bowls.
