Even though our in-studio classes are closed, we still love our connections with you in our virtual classes now . As we transition into 2021 I have decided to incoperate a morning moment of mindfulness in my life with hopes to develop cla...rity and focus of my why purpose or intention each day in the new year. I plan to incorporate these readings into my classes beginning Jan 1st and still teaching live on Zoom M/W/Sun 9am through Yogacorefit.com This is the book I selected. Each day is a short EASY story/ reflection one page or less and I would love you to join me on this journey.
