Our classes are now being offered on-line until we can re-open our center.

Iyengar yoga classes start this week. Wednesday 7 pm and Saturday 10 am. Please join us for this 5 week series. Both classes are held at Hillcrest Park Recreation Center.

If you would like to attend classes in May, there are few spaces available. All classes are for all levels, so all are welcome. You can sign up on our website. However, the Wednesday 7pm class is specifically for beginners or if you are new to Iyengar yoga. A new 6 week session starts on May 15.
