We are thrilled to introduce you to your ROCKIN’ new owner! Meet Stephanie Hazzard! Stephanie is the proud mother of three amazing children, one of whom has been diagnosed with ADHD. She has worked in the field of mental health for over 20 years and holds a Master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy from National University. She is currently pursuing her doctorate at North Central University. Her studies in marriage and family therapy have allowed her to focus on biases withi...n the mental health field of not only racial gaps, but also developmental delays. Stephanie’s love and dedication to those on the spectrum have not only opened her eyes to the needs within her community but have increased her passion to make a change wherever necessary. Stephanie’s relationship with We Rock the Spectrum spans over more than a decade, as her work in the mental health field has allowed her the privilege of partnering with CEO and founder, Dina Kimmel. She is fiercely committed and loyal to her current clients and because of Stephanie's work ethic, the opportunity to become the owner of WRTS - Redondo Beach caught the attention of a parent willing to invest in her. As a fellow special needs parent, Stephanie wanted to continue to dedicate her time and efforts to empowering special needs families by identifying their strengths and helping them reach their full potential. Stephanie looks forward to providing a fun, safe, and creative space created for children of ALL abilities to be without any limitation or boundaries. We have been notified today from the landlord that the owners have vacated the premises without prior notification to them or WRTS Corporate. We are sure this news comes as a shock to you just as it did for us. The good news is that the foundation of the gym is still intact and we are committed to opening back up in the same location under new ownership....
