Meet Jon McGraw, one of the outstanding keynoters speaking at WIFS' 2020 Virtual National Conference. Jon will speak at 3:05 pm ET on Wednesday, October 21, on "Performance Mindset." Jon is a retired NFL safety who played with the New York Jets, Detroit Lions and Kansas City Chiefs. In 2012 he received the Ed Block Courage Award, given to a player who in the eyes of his teammates is a source of inspiration and courage. Jon is now a principal partner at Vision Pursue, a Perf...ormance Mindset training and technology company, which teaches corporate teams critical mental skills taught in professional sports to enhance focus, resilience, life experience and performance. Jon attended Kansas State University and completed NFL-sponsored business management programs at Harvard and Wharton Business Schools. he is also president of the Jon McGraw Foundation, which supports various charitable causes.
