If you are experiencing low pressure this morning your filter may be clogged on your pump system. If you dont have a filter on your system then, more then likely your fixtures and toilet valves ect. May be clogged. Earthquakes can knock a lot of debris loose in the well. I had to clean my filter this morning on my well and it had a lot of well casing debris in it. The heat is on! And soon the lightning will be as well. Wicker water well has some friendly advice to keep your family and property safe. Make sure your booster... pump and well system controls are clear of weeds and brush. Booster pumps have air vents for cooling and if there obstructed it can cause pump failure or worst a fire! When lightng strikes a well or electrical system the energy should rapidly discharge to ground through the bonding ground if the system is grounded properly. Even with proper bonding grounds in place a direct lightning strike can cause arcing or sparks on the metal componets. MAKE SURE YOU HAVE PROPER WEED AND BRUSH CLEARANCE AROUND YOUR WELL AND BOOSTER PUMP SYSTEM! this practice will greatly reduce the chance of a fire starting on your property! Be safe!
