A Message from our Founder. To Our Valued Partners, With the holidays upon us and the New Year just around the corner, I would like to personally extend my sincere appreciation and gratitude for the trust you place in us each and every day. Many of you have stuck by us through thick and thin and I am always humbled by your loyalty as a business partner.... While 2020 has been filled with extraordinary challenges, our commitment to you and to our associates has not and will not ever waver. We remain laser focused on supporting you and all of your Staffing and Human Resource needs as we move into 2021 and say goodbye to 2020! As I reflect on the past 9 months and all of the craziness that we have lived through, I am so very proud of the men and women of PriorityWorkforce. These individuals prioritized the safety and well-being of our associates as well as each other, enabling us to continue an unbroken chain of service to you, our partners. Words can merely express how grateful I am for their efforts, compassion, sense of urgency, and commitment to building stronger partnerships with you. They have worked diligently to meet staffing needs in the face of shut-downs, slow-downs, stay-at-home-orders, worldwide record low unemployment, and even virtual schooling for our on assignment associates yes, indeed, they have navigated uncharted waters, and have done it the only way possible - together, like any traditional family unit. There is no doubt that trying times still may be lurking ahead, but I promise you this: There is a light at the end of this tunnel. I wake up each morning and talk with staff, clients, vendors and colleagues and we all share the same optimism, we all manage to smile, we will persevere and we will get past this. Every single day, when I look across the landscape of PriorityWorkforce, when I look at our staff, our clients, and our associates I see determination. Determination and will. That is what warms my heart this holiday season more than anything: the indomitable human spirit that still shines through no matter what life throws at us. As we move into the recovery together, it is our stated mission to focus on your specific and unique needs. I promise you this, regardless of the challenges, we will be ready, willing, and able to provide you with solutions at every fork in the road and every step of the way. For the past couple of years, PriorityWorkforce has had the honor of partnering with The Orange County Rescue Mission, a transitional living facility that gives individuals and families a second chance at life. Due to the challenging times we are currently living in, they are now more than ever in need of donations.
