It is with very heavy hearts we share news of the passing of Señor Ignacio Brache. Sr. Brache served as the Missions leader at Heritage Christian School’s South Campus since August 2015. A pillar within the world of Private Christian education, Sr. Brache served at HCS wholeheartedly for years, taking students and the Gospel of Jesus Christ into the mission field frequently. Sr. Brache’s love for our school and its students were only exceeded by his love for Christ. He was ge...nuinely well known as a servant leader who cared for his fellow staff and students at every possible opportunity. His love of missions drove rich conversation about the power to inspire students to understand a world of services and learning far beyond the walls of any classroom. Heritage Christian School is better off for having Sr. Ignacio Brache, and as believers, we know that we will meet him again someday. In the meantime, we mourn the loss of a fellow Warrior, friend, hero to this ministry, and the Kingdom of God. We will miss you, Sr. Brache. However, Heaven is now blessed by your presence.
