I am very sad to say, we lost another very important person from VBI. Sally Samuels passed away on this past Monday. Sally and her husband Mark were both very involved with VBI. Her daughters are in this photo left to right Eve, Robin and Barbara.

It is with great sadness that announce the passing of Bea Gelfand. The funeral will take place Wednesday at 2pm at Mt Sinai in Hollywood Hills. Bea was a very much loved and cherished temple member for many, many years.

This was just posted on FB from her brother Bill. Again Bill, we are so sorry for your loss. My beautiful sister Linda Hirsch lost her 30 month battle with Glioblastoma (brain cancer) early this morning. Little sister you will forever be in my heart. You fought so bravely and never complained choosing to live your remains days to the fullest while you could. Today God took a very special angel home.

Let's all congratulate Merkel Weiss and Flora Jean to their new daughter in law Genevieve and grandson Ryan.

We regret to inform you that long time member Norma Neiman has passed away. I have just been informed that the funeral is today, Friday, August 4th at Sinai, Hollywood Hills at 12:30.
