Notice anything new on our apparatus? These decals represent THFD’s exceptional fire services that were acknowledged this last year when the Insurance Services Office (ISO) upgraded our Public Protection Classification from 3 to 2 a rating held only by the top 4% of fire departments in the nation. We are so proud to be able to provide excellent, sustainable services to this wonderful community!

Happy Friday! If you’re headed up the hill this weekend, please be sure not to block roads to ‘park and play’. THFD has had a number of incidents where cars were left in the middle of the road resulting in delayed response times. Stay safe everyone!

A break in the storm to bring some exciting news from THFD! A new generator was installed last week at the fire station, a much-needed upgrade, replacing our existing generator that was over 50 years old. A big thanks to the California Firefighters Foundation who provided 100% of the funding for this project.
