It's great to have a whole bag of tricks for each technique. For some reason, her skin (which is PERFECT!) just wasnt taking pigment with the machine. Instead of fighting it, having a longer service, and more skin trauma, I switched to a manual technique with my Pixel Blades and the ink flew into her skin like a dream! This scar tissue improvement after just 1 needling session is incredible! In the bottom photo, you can see how much softer the edges are. They no longer look like the skin is pulling so tight. You can also see how much less its pulling in the shape of the bellybutton itself. The scar is now much less raised, and texturally, feels softer to the touch. Scar therapies are hands down, one of my favorite services. Bringing the skin back to strong, healthy, normal skin and reducing scar tissue is so gratifying and for many people actually improves their quality of life. No one should be stuck with brows they dont love. This beauty came in for her second session of removal today and I was thrilled with our progress. Up close, she had some scarring from her original MB procedure, and due to the needling aspect of removal, the scars had softened! I'm hoping after this session, the scarring will be gone in addition to the permanent makeup being gone!
