Attention to TOSCA Undergraduate and Graduate Scholarship Applicants - please be advised that due to the circumstances surrounding the quick spread of COVID-19 and the closures of universities, schools and most offices, TOSCA will accept the 2020 application with unofficial transcripts if necessary. OHS seniors may submit their applications without transcripts as TOSCA will acquire them directly from the high school.
