TNT Tip of the week! When you go into an Autobody Shop to get your car repaired after accident you want it to be repaired as it was prior to the accident. Insurance companies love to save money it is their job. So they have the option to only pay for aftermarket/junk yard parts. In order to get new parts put on your car you must ask your insurance agent about an OEM Parts Waiver. OEM stands for Original Equipment Manufacturer. We recommend all of our customers do this.

However being in the car rental business we have seen that many car insurance companies don't cover the "out of service" cost. Talk to your insurance agent and see what your actual coverage is. TNT Tip of the week! Living in Siskiyou County we are used to the wildlife around us deer, bears, turkeys, etc. With knowing this many people don't realize how it affects your auto insurance policy. You are much more likely to hit a deer in Siskiyou County than in Los Angeles. Many people have a $500 deductible for both comprehensive and collision. With living in Siskiyou we would recommend calling your insurance agent and seeing your options on lowering your comprehensive deductible.

With this hiccup customers have to be in rental cars longer than the normal 30 days. Because of this our customers have to pay out of pocket for the rental the remainder of the time.
