In Escrow Woohoo.I’m so excited for my first-time home buyers. They reached out to me on Saturday evening and expressed they are looking for a realtor who can better understand their needs. For the past three months, they’ve been working with another realtor who’s recommended by a family member and submitted many offers yet never once got their offer accepted.
