Please share and help us Independent pharmacies fight these unfair business practices. I don't understand how anyone can run a business and get reimbursed lower than the actual acquisition cost of the item, plus payroll, and overhead. And I don't find it lawful for any type of business to go back to a client 2 yrs later and say Oops sorry I overpaid u two yrs ago so ill be taking that money back, and I'll do it by deducting if from all future pay till i recoup that lost. Is that even lawful? Please please share to help us raise awareness. It would be a pity for independent pharmacies to slowly close down or turn away most of our patients bc of negative reimbursement
