Hello Friends and Family - we are working very hard on the gourmet truck. Looks like we have a nice week ahead of us. We will begin to post our spots on Monday. I just learned that some of the venues will not take us unless we have over 500 followers. Therefore, I am reaching out to all of you to help share The Taco Shop if you show up to one of our spots and share us, we will give you a free taco, come try our food. This week we will be adding on our famous Tortas ahogadas, they are to die for. It is a sandwich made with carnitas and beans, dipped in our special sauce and topped with onions marinated in lime. We can also dip in a spicy red sauce for those of you who love spice. So please remember to help us out like us and share us on Facebook.
