The Ripple Effect Peer Support Ministry

We provide safe space to people in crisis! We have been working a client who has been experiencing homelessness going on 3 years now. She is a 78 year old women, and is in no position to be sleeping outside especially as winter is approaching! We have worked to connect her with several housing programs but all of them are contingent on her giving up her beloved dog, a trusted protector and companion; something that breaks her heart to do. She is without family who can house h...er, or watch over her dog. We have done all that we can including covering hotel cost to temporarily putting a roof over her head. After our concern for her health have increased, we are pressed to find a way to keep her off the streets. If there is anyone out there that loves Pitt bulls and that can empathize with the socioeconomic struggle of our elders that silently fall throw the cracks, PLEASE, if you are able to open your heart and you home to a handsome and strapping 4 yr old pittie, you would enable us to place his mommy in housing and keep her safe from the cold this coming winter.
