Our online parent and child activity classes will be open for online registration starting tomorrow.

Dear Parents, I am in the position of communicating the district’s final decision regarding the upcoming school year. Based on the Governor’s guidelines the district leadership has decided that only online instruction will happen for this department and tuition will be required. If this is not the right direction for you and your family we understand and you may drop from the program but refunds on past paid fees will not be issued. If you choose to remain enrolled, mont...hly tuition will still be due on the first of each month with a 10% discount on the future months. Our parent and child activity classes will open online registration on Aug 6. Again, fees with a 10% discount will be due to enroll in these classes. All classes will be 100% online as in-person components aren’t allowed. The drop form is attached below if this is not the right choice for your family. Please fill it out and return it immediately so no future payments are charged to your account. This is not how we envisioned this year going but we are going to try and put out a great online program for you. I appreciate your patience as they worked out the details of this very complex program. Thank you, Rachel Cruz See more

Just a reminder, next week is Spring Break so we will not be updating our online curriculums. We will be back at it the week of April 13th. We also wanted to say thank you for the grace, kindness, and support we see our village members spreading in our community. You are what is good through all of this.

Is your neighborhood participating in the "Bear Hunt" activity? Just put any stuffed animal in a street-facing window so children out on neighborhood walks can go sightseeing.

Today was scheduled to be Preschool Registration Day for the 2020-2021 school year. Unfortunately, that can't happen at this time. Instead, we will be making a list and once we are allowed back in our school we will call in that order to set up one-on-one appointments. Please email our clerk at [email protected] and ask to be put on the list if you are interested. Please include all the pertinent information such as your name and contact info, your child's name and DOB, as well as which class you are interested in. Thank you for your understanding.

We wanted to give you the most recent updates that we have received. Last we heard it looks like the school will need to remain closed while the shelter-in-place county order is in effect. This may extend the previously anticipated amount of time we expected to be closed into mid-April. Earlier in the week, we had advocated to district leadership on your behalf regarding the financial impact of class fees during this time. We requested that all preschool families be reimburse...d half of the March tuition payments and that no future monthly tuition payments be charged unless classes resume in person at some point. They have agreed to this request. Preschool families, this means if we come back mid-April you would be charged a prorated amount for April. If we do not come back to in-person classes then no amount will be charged. All families that signed up for one of our Parent & Child Activity classes for quarter 4, will also be receiving full refunds. Should the school re-open for in-person classes then we will collect a prorated amount at that time for the number of classes left in the quarter from the people who would like to attend. We serve over 200 families so that is a lot of refunds to issue. Please be patient as our one account technician will be tasked with this. The entire teaching staff has been collaborating on creating an online curriculum that we will be giving you access to hopefully in the next week or so. Val, our clerk, will be sending you a google forms survey to gather information about your online access and home supplies so we can best tailor information to you. Please take a moment to give us your feedback. One positive task you might try with your child today is to use sidewalk chalk to decorate a happy, positive message on your sidewalk as many people are taking neighborhood walks since gyms are closed. If you do this activity, please take a picture and post it as a comment on this so we can see. We also just want you to know how much you are in our thoughts. We know that being trapped at home with young children is a special kind of challenge. We hope to be able to give you some helpful resources soon. Feel free to reach out to us if you need anything.

Hello Parents, we wanted to send a current update. The plan is that the next couple weeks we will be spending some time trying to figure out how to put what we do into an online format. This is especially difficult for our program and all early childhood programs as the in-person aspect is a vital component. Starting in April we hope to begin rolling out some content for you to access via our google classrooms. Please be patient as we expect a steep learning curve as these ar...Continue reading

Teacher Stacy always sets up so many fun activities! It was Sensory Day in baby class so these little ones played using all 5 senses to learn about the world around them. Sorry for triggering your baby fever with all this cuteness.
