Lamb’s Fam! The rain has subsided and we’re ready to worship together! Bring your Own Everything this Sunday at 10:00! We will be in our outdoor amphitheater! Can’t wait to see you all!! #fortheLAMB
Our election will be decided today. Our knees, I pray are worn because of our passion and compassion to pray for our country and our land. Our trust, more than ever, must be in God, not in princes, kings, presidents, and repentance must begin inside the Church. After all, judgment begins with the house of God (I Pet 4:17). Would you join me in prayer for our nation. The Bible says that righteousness exalts a nation. And it starts with prayer. Hebrews 7:25 tells us that Jesus,... right now in heaven, "lives to make intercession for us" - WOW! Let's join Him right now in intercession, stand in the gap between God and the people of this nation. Plead for God's people to get serious about 2 Chronicles 7:14. Ask the Holy Spirit to sweep clean our hearts and break our hearts with what breaks His. Because if you and I cherish any sin, if we coddle any sinful habits, God will not hear us. Let’s implore God on behalf of so many of our fellow Americans that desperately need the light of Christ’s hope and salvation. The times we live in are incredibly dark. It's all around us. I know you sense the heaviness, the desperation, the dark, sinister divisions, the lack of simple civility. Everyone's trust is broken. We don't trust the news. We don't trust people's motives. Don't trust what they say. It takes me back to the prophet Isaiah, where he groans, See, darkness covers the Earth, thick darkness over the peoples. But here's where you and I come in as intercessors. "Arise, shine, for your light has come, and the glory of the LORD has risen upon you. 2 For behold, darkness shall cover the earth, and thick darkness the peoples; but the LORD will arise upon you, and his glory will be seen upon you. 3 And nations shall come to your light, and kings to the brightness of your rising. (Is 60:1-3) May our nation come to the light of Christ and may the light bearers rise up in loving righteousness and loving justice and shine the Light of HOPE with Spirit empowered conviction that seeds the transformation of the human heart! #fortheLAMB

Musings from Pastor Mike I love the freedoms we have in America and the many, many privileges it has provided for me, my family and the calling I am so privileged to do. One of those privileges is voting. Vote for righteousness, stand in His righteousness and pray for our nation that God heals our land. May we bow our knee to the One who is King and raise the banner of God and His healing and redeeming righteousness as Isaiah the prophet proclaims: Go through,... Go through the gates! Prepare the way for the people; Build up, Build up the highway! Take out the stones, Lift up a banner for the peoples! (Isa 62:10, NKJV) After all, as Shane Claiborne so powerfully declares: The Christian icon is not the Stars-and-Stripes but a cross-flag, and its emblem is not a donkey, an elephant, or an eagle but a slaughtered lamb. #FortheLAMB
