We spent the rainy afternoon at the studio learning new exercises and must say we are PUMPED to bring you the latest and greatest @thebarmethod has to offer! 2020 What a year! It’s been such a privilege to watch @barmethodhb and @barmethodpointloma come together and to witness such profound dedication, strength, and perseverance. I am in awe and I am so proud. The more I reflect on the past year, the more my heart swells with joy and gratitude. The friendships forged on Zoom (of all places, who would have thought?!) and the connections made while distanced in both our indoor and outdoor classes have somehow brought us clos...er. I hope the community we have created together has made you feel welcome, safe, loved, cared for, happy, strong, uplifted, like you belong, and most of all ALIVE in a year that was less than desirable for most of us. ~ If you’re new and thinking about giving our workout a try or haven’t been in awhile, join us! We have some GREAT things planned for 2021 and can’t wait to see you! ~ Ready for a CHALLENGE to kick things off?! Yeah, you are! We have one in the works so keep your eyes peeled for all the deets.
