A lot has happened in the past few months! Grange Nagy competed at the National Youth Sport Climbing Championship in Atlanta and finished in 31st place for the male youth A category. It was his first trip to nationals, and he did a great job competing against some of the strongest climbers in the country. We have also brought on two great new assistant coaches to help out with the Youth Team: Orion Feist and Logan Boyer-Hayes. They both bring years of climbing and coaching ex...perience across a wide variety of disciplines to the table, and we couldn't be any happier to have them! We are excited to have one of our athletes competing in the IFSC Youth World Cup this year! Long time VH climber Anna Sulc will be representing the Czech Republic at the competition in Arco, Italy at the end of the month, wish her luck! The bouldering season is just around the corner. Our next comp will be at Vertical Hold on the 29th, come show your support, or better yet, sign up and compete alongside the kids!

Team Vertical Hold joined forces with Mesa Rim and the Allied Climber's of San Diego to help restore the climber's loop trail for the Mission Gorge climbing area in Mission Trails Regional Park.
