Thanks to the generosity of our members, we were able to give $6,825 worth of Target gift cards to foster teens through the San Mateo County Children's Fund. We are so grateful for this opportunity to help at this special time of year.

At our November meeting we heard from Karen Ferguson of CORA (Community Overcoming Relationship Abuse), who told us of the good work they are doing to help survivors. We also had lunch inside the clubhouse for the first time since March 2021, with COVID precautions in place, of course.

We were so pleased to be able to host a mobile blood clinic for the Stanford Blood Center. Thanks to member Kim Frietas for setting up the event and wonderful volunteers like member Nancy Radcliffe. And many thanks to the people from our community who came to donate blood and save lives!

Thanks to the hard work of our Club's History Committee and unanimous support of the Redwood City Historical Resources Advisory Committee, our Clubhouse is one step closer to being listed as a Redwood City Historic Landmark!
