Firefighters finished a five-day Rope Rescue Technician (RRT) course. The RRT course focuses on technical rope rigging systems, incident management, high angle rescue associated hazards, critical thinking, implementation of victim access, and rescue transport options. These are all valuable skills as it will allow our firefighters to be better prepared when their rescue skills are called upon.
