Our staff really feels for this hotel, its guests, and the groups that were at this onsite. SE Meeting Managers are always adamant about knowing evacuation procedures and have been known to carry their own carbon monoxide alarms onsite.

Spectrum Events was honored last week to receive a United States flag that was flown over an Afghanistan US Airfield. SE supports our soldiers and is grateful to them for their service. If you have a soldier overseas, let us know! Our Community Outreach program collects and sends out quarterly care packages to our troops!

We've always loved the Gingerbread houses at the Rosewood Crescent Hotel (we hear there are adult gingerbread house classes now!) but the "Waiting for Santa" Christmas displays made from frosting look amazing!

We enjoyed our meeting this weekend at the Omni Mandalay in Dallas. Excited to come back and see the results of their renovations in 2012!

Ritz-Carlton Laguna Niguel introduced earlier this year a 20/20/20 break, offering 20 snack items at 20 calories each designed to be served during 20-minute breaks. Sounds like a fun idea to keep meeting attendees healthy away from home.
