Dear Sparkles & Spikes families, The State of California’s Stay Home Order will go into effect on Sunday, December 6 at midnight in Ventura County and in all Counties in Southern California, after the Southern California Region's hospital ICU capacity dropped below 15%. The order requires bars, wineries, nail salons, hair salons and barbershops, and other personal care services to close.... We look forward to seeing you all again as soon as possible! If your appointment was cancelled while our salon was closed or you would like to schedule an appointment, please call us at (805) 379-5379. We appreciate your patience and will get back to each and every one of you in the order we receive your calls, texts, or emails. NEW STORE HOURS: Tuesday through Sun from 9...:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., by appointment only. Same day appointments may be available, just call! APPOINTMENTS: While we understand that situations arise beyond your control, it is very important that everyone is on time for appointments. Due to the changes and additional protocols in place, we have allotted additional time to clean and disinfect all workstations and tools in between appointments. If you are more than five (5) minutes late you may not be able to be serviced. We hold your appointments just for you and ask that if you must cancel or reschedule any appointment you please provide us with 24-hours notice. Cancellations or "no-shows" may result in being required to prepay for services when another appointment is made. We are trying our very best to keep our team and our clients healthy and safe, and to run as efficiently as possible with our new normal without compromising our fun and unique experience.
