It is with a heavy heart that we announce that John Bacon, the owner and fearless leader of South City Lumber passed away this past Thursday. Mr. Bacon spent his entire working life in the lumber business and he will be sorrowfully missed. There will be a Rosary at 7:30 PM Thursday, November 20 at Sneider Sullivan & O'Connals in San Mateo. The Funeral will be at 11:00 AM Friday, November 21 at St. Raymond Church in Menlo Park.
