The Torrance Education Foundation’s South Bay Enrichment Academy hosted officials from an exchange program with students from China getting an opportunity to vi...sit schools in America. The officials toured Calle Mayor Middle School and Hickory Elementary School this morning where their students are attending. Pictured along with them are TEF’s President, Martha Deutsch; Denise Quihuis Mandel and Cynthia Palacio, representing SBEA; and Steven Hsiao, who made the arrangements for the visit.
