A great day of training with Sensei Cheryl Harai, such a blessing to learn Judo from this amazing Judoka with nearly 70 years of Judo experience. Sensei Cheryl trained under Sensei Keiko Fukuda, who was the highest-ranked female judoka in history, holding the rank of 9th dan from the Kodokan, and 10th dan from USA Judo and from the United States Judo Federation, and was the last surviving student of Kan Jigor the founder of judo, until her passing in 2013.
