* Every Sale Has a Story * Not every escrow is easy, and this sale representing first time buyers was certainly a challenge due to multiple lender caused delays in closing escrow. The buyers were well qualified and it was a struggle and stress-inducing being totally helpless in getting the mortgage investor to expedite signing off on basic underwriting conditions. It was the first time calling an actual mortgage investor to go up the chain of command trying to get things done..., and the first time receiving a Demand to Close Escrow with the seller being 1 day away from cancelling the transaction.
