Bill Burns Organization

Dear Friends and Family of Bill Burns, My name is Sean Brown. My brother, Devon Stinson, and I are the sons of Bill Burns. We have heard of many of you but have never had the honor to meet most of you. As many of you already know, and for those who don’t, we recently suffered a great loss. Bill passed away peacefully at his home on Thursday May 17, 2018 at 7:29pm. I would like to apologize to those who may not have been notified and to those who only received a text or an ema...il. I would also like to apologize in advance if you receive multiple notifications from us. We are trying to let everyone know as fast as we can and I’m sure there will be duplicates. Our Dad was many things to many people. It’s only now that my brother and I realize just how many people’s lives he had affected. His happiness came from helping others. I can’t begin to explain how much gratitude he expressed in his last few months. He made it very clear how grateful he was for everyone in his life. He was also grateful for everyone’s support after he got sick and the overwhelming amount of donations that allowed him to live and die peacefully at home. We would like to invite everyone, who is able, to join us to celebrate his life. We will be holding his west coast memorial this coming Friday the 25th at 2pm in the Founders Courtyard directly behind the main lobby at: The Skirball Cultural Center 2701 N Sepulveda Blvd, Los Angeles, CA 90049 There will be a second service held in New Hampshire on June 9th for our East Coast Family and Friends. When the time and location are determined, we will notify everyone. In lieu of flowers or gifts, we are asking everyone to please donate to the PERSONAL RESPONISIBITLY ORGANIZATION (PRO). Dear clients, supporters and friends, I am excited to have this opportunity to let you know that I've had another doctors appointment and my health is condition is rather stable for the moment. As a result, because I love you all and I love what I do, I would like to have another lecture. I think the title of the lecture will be 'succeeding in spite of fear'. I also want to take this opportunity to thank you for your continuing donations. which has made it possibl...e for me not only to live but to create more material, which I hope to share with you. we currently have a podcast Online (Richard Will be adding it to the website soon), a thought of the day coming to facebook, and of course the lecture which has been posted here on the site. I'm also working with Richard putting together a schedule for readings and working our way through the waitlist. if you aren't on the waitlist yet let us know via email or text and we'll put you on. I am totally convinced that I could not write this had I not had your donations and support. Bill asked me to post this message for everyone to read: Dear clients and friends I want to take this opportunity to let you know how grateful we all are at your support love and encouragement. Because the course of these illnesses is erratic, I haven't been able to communicate with you directly. Your help has made it possible for me to continue, and it’s my hope that I can return to at least partial service for you all before 'the end'. It's a strange feeling not r...ecovering from an illness but rather dealing with its getting worse. I want to compliment and appreciate Richard's efforts at keeping you informed, and to keep me encouraged. I would also like to point out that Richard is only one man, and helping me keeps him very busy. Please be patient with us, sometimes we have to be more limiting than we want to be because we have no way of forecasting the course of this issue. If he doesn’t get back to you right away, please wait a day or two, then reach out again. Please do not try to reach out to other people, even myself, to circumvent Richard. Please continue to treat me with the same love you always had, and Richard with respect and trust as well. We will keep you posted as we can. -Love Bill. Richard here with an update. First and foremost, Bill has decided to have one final lecture. The Final Lecture When: Sunday: February 11th 2:00pm Where: Skirball cultural center 701 N Sepulveda Blvd,... Los Angeles, CA 90049 Price: $25 Bill's prognosis has dropped quite a bit. His life expectancy is currently only up to two months. We are aware that having a lecture in his current state could go wrong, anything from not being able to make it, to being on too many pain pills that day could ruin it.
