Bread Bike

well that was pretty fun isaac and I loaded up the van instead of the bike with this mornings bread and tag teamed all the deliveries with me rippin' around (more like puttin' around ) in Mr. Simon (my van ) and he running out and trying to protect the bread from the rain and knocking on your doors/putting it in your bread boxes/trying to find a dry spot if neither you nor a bread box were there it was nice to see a few of you I haven't seen in a bit and meet a few of y...ou I haven't met! I hope you're cozy with some toast and tea and you've got an evening soup coming along and you enjoy it with some fresh bread from us to you during this stormy day sam

this week is going to be our final week baking out of the creamery sharing space with the wonderful bakers of @jolienebakery and @leighsbakeshop and @autumncakedesign. what an absolute pleasure and amazing opportunity it has been ! next week we'll take off from production as we move to a new baking home here in SLO. what a wonderful community of bakers exists here - supporting us at each step of the way as we grow and make more food for the community we love. it is the best... feeling to share that love and excitement with other bakers, along with the comraderie that comes from our shared understanding of the difficult and often exhausting work to bake and to run your own small food business. we couldn't do any of what we do without the constant support from this community. we are in the bakery prepping for our CSB members and for Thursdays pop ups! pre-order links are in our bio! 10-12 at @lincolnmarketdeli 2:30 - 4 at @ettopastificio try and get your orders in early in case you want to stock up for our week off so we can make sure to make enough for all of you! love ya lots sam
