Simpang Asia is legit one of our favorite Culver City spots Their mie tek tek features chewy and bouncy noodles that are long enough for insane twisted noodle pulls! We’ve been on a mission to try all of their dishes - this time we tried the whole fried tilapia aka ikan goreng (picture 2) The marinated fish was fried to a golden crisp then served with spicy sambal It was so flaky and tender that we had no problem in getting the meat off of every last bone.
