Happy new year everyone! While 2020 wasn't ideal in so many ways (namely crushing to the event industry ), we still had some nice things to say about it as well. We did have a few events here and there... Posts to come soon! And we did get to do some work on the corporate side of things with our sister business @scatteredlightmedia (give it a follow if you wouldn't mind!!) We got lots of family and homeschool time in and even took a few small trips. I am a glass half full person so it's hard for me to say anything is the "worst ever" but at the same time I'm very hopeful for a much better 2021. Let's have the best events ever this year, let's bring the event industry back to life!!

I tend to lean on the positive side of life... So on that note, what habits that you've taken on during quarantine do you think you will keep up? Have we gained anything positive? This is by far the strangest wedding season we've ever had in the 13 years we've been in business. We started out with some weddings in January and February and then haven't filmed a full wedding since! Filming a few micro weddings has made life seem the tiniest bit more normal, masks and all, and has been so life giving. But we do long to go back to the time where gathering and celebrating was normal! We truly miss it. How are you doing?
