Yesterday we were so blessed to see everyone show up to the first of many prayer meetings this year. Looking ahead in 2021, our understanding of prayer should allow us to recognize the power of God and our dependence on his provision. As Christians we do not need to look anywhere else to understand creation, the fall of mankind, redemption, and restoration but solely to scripture. This Sunday, Micah kicked off a new mini-series titled Social Justice & the Bible. One his first points was so important for us to remember: TRUST IN THE SUFFICIENCY OF GOD’S WORD. Join us for the next five weeks as Micah and Luke look at the subjects of justice, racism, sexuality and the mission of the church all through a biblical worldview! and how from childhood you have been acquainted with the sacred writings, which are able to make you wise for salvation through faith in Christ Jesus. All Scripture is breathed out by God and profitable for teaching, for reproof, for correction, and for training in righteousness, that the man of God may be complete, equipped for every good work. - 2 Timothy 3:1517

Over the past few weeks, Luke passed his ordination exam, and has been voted on board to our leadership as Associate Pastor and Elder. We are so grateful for Luke’s ministry to us throughout the years and we look forward to seeing what God will do through both him and Laura in the future!
