Grandmaster Hong's student sharing a testimony when she demonstrated excellent self-defense. Colleen is an exemplary S.H. Hong TKD black belt who used Technique #8 to protect herself from a serious fall and head injury. So grateful she is ok! A good reminder to practice seriously and master the self-defense techniques! "So I have to say how grateful I am for the thousands of hrs of Taekwondo training I've undergone. Thanks Master Soonho Hong and Anthony Neal for teaching... me well... Today I fell backwards off a three and a half ft wall head first into a concrete pad... I instinctively did a back slap fall and roll and managed to only bruise my bum.
