G O O D M O R N I N G Please Read Previous Post . . As we know water exists in three different states. A solid-Ice, a liquid-water and a gas-steam. The molecules in ice are tightly bonded together. The molucules in water are connected loosely to each other allowing the water to flow and pour. the molecules in steam however are not connected at all allowing the molecules to move about freely. This allows for a deep penetration of water into the hair. Steam pene...trates deeper than liquid-water can go. Now, what happens when two drops of water make contact with one another?
