The Sharp Rees-Stealy Medical Centers La Mesa Urgent Care was closed yesterday afternoon due to several suspected cases of measles. It reopened at 5:30 p.m. yesterday and is safe for all patients. If you or a family member is experiencing measles-like symptoms, San Diego County Public Health officials say to stay home and call your primary care physician or the Health department at 1-866-358-2966. The Sharp Rees-Stealy La Mesa Urgent Care is temporarily closed while we investigate several reported cases of measles. All other departments at this location are open as usual, and we will post here as soon as the Urgent Care reopens.
