In that way, it's simplistic. It was also before I better understood myofascial lines, in particular the spiral line and front/back functional lines, which orient the spine and pelvis more optimally.

Lately I’ve been experimenting with using doors as fitness equipment. They’re awesome! Here’s how to do Rows, Scaptions, and Pull-Ups on a door and door frame. Before you start, gently test the door + handles + frame to make sure they’re solid enough before you put a lot of weight on them. When you’re good to go, start with just a few repetitions if beginner-level. For advanced folks, there are a lot of tricky grip options using aspects of the frame itself.
