With Solution Reach by our side, our office can send online forms to your phone or e-mail that is quick and easy to fill out. During this pandemic, we have Covid-19 questionnaire that briefly asks for your travel and health history that can be filled out before your appointment. This solves with less contact, and less paper, and save more time! We will still offer paper forms to our patients to fill out if you're not tech savvy as well.

To limit our waiting room capacity in our office, we ask all of our patients to park and call! Just give us a call to let us know that you are here for your appointment, then we will inform you when to come into our office. If you are attending the appointment with your child, limit to only one parent and the appointed child. It’s best to wait inside the car with the windows rolled down and wait for your call in. We provide hand sanitizer in every corner in the waiting room, so please use it as once you come in! Don't forget to bring a mask to your appointment!

Our office offers contact less payment that can pay through your phone, and not having to stay in the office longer! Making payments is quicker than ever, our office’s credit card terminals have contact less payment, just tap your card or place your phone above and no need to exchange cash or have your card getting touched. Also with text messages services we can also send out links to input payment for the service allowing our patients to limit their time at our office and be more at ease.
