Well... this pretty much sums it up! We’re International Food Network Champions!!! . After opening a brand new bakery a month before the COVID pandemic hit, almost missing my flight due to new travel laws and quarantining solo for 14 days in a hotel room, I don’t think anyone wanted to win The Big Bake Canada more than I did... well maybe @cakesbykarl who I met while competing on the Halloween Baking Championships Season 5! Pastry Ninja Carl was already a champ and b...y a stroke of fate, he asked me to join his team! . These pics are what I look like after multiple weeks of too much sleep, watching too much Canadian news on the US capitol riots and being much too excited to be out of my 400sqft hotel room .
